Cleaned with HEZ scrubber. 48 turns in each direction. That’s 4x more turns than recommended.
Mastering – sounds even better. Louder. Clearer.
Pressing – I did have to dry brush clean the stylus because it was not play stereo at the beginning of “For what it’s worth. Overall, the cleaning helped. But still enough that for $15 from #320 at the Verona Mall I’m suspect of their rating and may still get a new remastered pressing.
– For What It’s Worth – There was 1-2 loudish pops
– Kind Woman – A few minor pops
– On The Way Home – A few pops over the music
– Nowadays Clancy Can’t Even Sing – the pops are much fewer in the quiet parts of the song, but a few over the music
– Broken Arrow – A couple of loud pops over the music

Mastering – ok. There is enough separation and it’s decently loud. However, the live version portion of “Broken Arrow” is not good (very compressed and muffled). Not sure if that was the intent because it appears on the CD.
Pressing – yikes. No skips, but the static/pops/clicks exist throughout the music. Side 2 is better than side 1. Sometimes it overpowers but it’s always there behind the music not just at the end/start of and between songs. Definitely clean this one. If it does not help, then seek a new version.
There is a 2018/2021 remastered version trading for less than $40 on discogs, sealed (Rhino, RTI pressing).
